I've done a 20-day trip where every four hours I slept for only one hour. It's not particularly good for focus on making good decisions, new operating and very base level,. constantly tired at one stage. But you learned a lot about how to get away with shorter sleeps. So whilst that wasn't particularly good, I learned lessons about how to make small sleeping futures.
