Are We Going to Have a Mild Recession?
I would go to my board. We talk about if X happens of Y I give it probabilities. I actually think rates up. I go higher than 5 percent higher than 5%. That's my own view because I think there's a lot of underlying inflation, which won't go away so quick. Time about selling our debt, though, the price at which we sell our debt becomes a big issue. So as a business, but be prepared for all of us.
