The Effects of Fiber on Satiety
High fiber foods are commonplace to recommend if someone is aiming to have a more satiating and diet and higher levels of satiety throughout the day. Whether this is actually down to fiber per se or just whether it's down to other components like the energy density of which high fiber foods tend to have lower energy densities is tricky to pull apart so in relation to fiber itself can you maybe just speak a bit more to the allen of what you mentioned a moment ago that the evidence may not be as overwhelming as it is sometimes presumed? We don't necessarily know for example whether that's directly related to an effect on fiber but there's potentially indirect effects as well.
