J.C. Lee Dugard's Story

J.C. Lee Dugard was born on May 3rd of 1980 in Arcadia, California. Her mother moved to a small town south of Lake Tahoe just five months after her birth. She believed that moving out to a quiet rural setting would give her small family that peace needed to prosper. But she couldn't have been more wrong. On June 10th of 1991, Terry Proven left for work leaving 11-year-old J.C. to catch the bus to school. A grey mercury monarch pulled up alongside her and began asking her for directions.
