The City of Stationary People Comes to the City

When do you see a city that's all lit up? It's that night. And it is an attractant for those whose most in most basic drive in life is to belong. I always thought that when Jesus said we were the light of the world, that that light is to expose stuff. Once again, that would be an implied or secondary truth. What was the context that Jesus used? It is that we are number one, a community.
