The calculus behind this starts it almost becomes like an addiction so okay so maybe that work back you know in the early 2010s right with the whole syrian thing right but then they get addicted to it and then they start to apply it maybe to situations that don't even warrant that right. That's because that's what the manager of class does and you were in the manager ofclass what exactly i'm talking about because it's like yesterday's solutions are always the answer to today's problems or tomorrow's problem. If they don't work you know you start taking it out on your employees. You become addicted to these solutions whether or not they work at all and if they don't
