Menopause
Menopause has been given a bad press and quite rightly so in many cases. There's a huge amount of work to be done, not everyone has to take it. For those who don't want HRT or can't have it, there are some lifestyle changes to think about. Avoiding alcohol and caffeine can both really help with the hot flushes. Eating loads of foods rich in estrogen, soya and yams for example. If you do have menopause, say 45, I don't know how long it takes,. say you finish at 48 or whatever, you still got another 40 years again.
