The Kremlin's False Flag Operation in Ukraine
If it wasn't the Ukrainians, why would the Kremlin carry out a false flag operation and blame it on Ukraine? Does it really need a pretext to carry out some kind of atrocity in Ukraine that it hasn't done already? One thing that Russia, as far as we know, has not yet done in Ukraine is targeting President Zelensky's offices. So, it's not exactly clear who did it, but the potential ramifications can be huge. They are quite literally demanding blood. This is what the speak of the Russian parliament said. They will demand the use of weapons, which can destroy, and I quote, the terrorist regime in Kiev.
