How to Make a Multi-Billion Dollar Subscription Business?

When when i was at huffingham post, and behind the scenes, everyone knew they were about to get acquired by buz feed. But like, pleabs like me didn't know. Why would you make a multi billion dollar but right before you're getting acquired? I there's a lot of baffling internal logic there. There seemed to be some idea that if they just rammed it through, then a nou new owners would just say, well, now we're stuck with it. Ye hiav face a comle ye, i say no that's not how discovery works.
