The Importance of Communicating Beyond Our Imaginations

Space exploration has been colonized by the billionaire class, it's become seen as a frivolous thing that rich people do. I think there is an inspirational value to be got from space but perhaps there's less a story of exploration and more a story about acknowledging and viewing the cosmos up there maybe even beyond the solar system. These questions are impossible to answer but how do we do it? Should we think of this as an extension of geopolitical international relations or should weThink of this as something which is beyond our ability to imagine and therefore we should just be deeply profoundly curious.
