We want to start with the initial engagement. So we might say, hey, this person has a non traditional background,. But then we want to understand where we might be able to take the con sation from there. And so our engagement plan with this person is to start by making it about them. The first step is going to be to reach out and make it about their non traditional background. Then our second step isGoing to be to leverage that expertise that they have to enable them to make a suggestion for what we should do. Should we take that course? Read that book, start that project? Then we're going to go take action on that project. Third step in the relationship
