Strategic Planning for Ranching?

Ranchers are constantly moving, doing a bunch of different things. Sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the dato day stuff and kind of forget maybe what task is actually the most important for that long term goal. And sometimes the strategic plan just gives you the avenue to do that, is to sit down with those uncomfortable conversations. The four brothers were extremely esful, just because they sat down and they talked. They work on a common goal, of common interest.
