I want to talk about scaling up during this time because we're heading into a recession. I feel like most people, most average people are putting the breaks on stuff. And that is absolutely the opposite of what you should be doing right now. Like, if ever, it was time that you needed to invest in yourself and to bet on yourself. There's still plenty of money out there. We all need trainers at certain points in our lives; coaches look after your mental wellbeing too.
