How to Buy a Rental Property
Blake: My number one criteria when I buy rental properties is that you need to have like multiple X strategies. So there's five or six different things that you can do with this property. All of our properties at least cash flow for 50 a month after fixed expenses and they go all the way up to almost 900. We bring in about 45 a year with all the loans we have on the properties. Once those are paid off, it's almost double.
