How Do We Measure the Maturity of a Scrum Team?

The most important thing is to figure out, you know, what does mature mean for you. I tend to find that teams that are brand new to scrum there they really don't really understand the practices. When a when a team is at that fundamental level, you want to be making sure they understand why they're doing scrum.
