How Well Does Protest Capture This Range of Garman's Work?
In 19 77 he directed what would become an iconic punk classic, ju starring adamant toyer wilcox and featuring the punk pioneers the slit. His film work began in earnest when he collaborated with ken russell on the devils in 19 71. In the exhibition you can see scrap books that garman kept of the press, cuttings about the film, reviews, positive and negative. The media became their only reality. And i own their world, a flickering shadow.
