I think it was intriguing that idea of taking what the nuclear industry's knocked out of the park on in terms of operational excellence, sharing information. But I think we, as an industry and an advocacy community, have not talked enough about what happened at Vogel and Summer. The question needs to be asking is why aren't utilities ordering the plants, or even the plants where they've already gone through the licensing process?
