A lot of people on ketogenic diets just can't help but lose fat. The diet has a pretty well known effect on reducing appetite. If you're trying to lose fat, that can be a really positive thing,. But if you're tryingto balk on a ketogenic diet, it can be something that makes the process a little bit more challenging. And at a certain point i was like, i'm just tired of these foods. So i've reduced my intake cause i was just like, i'd rather not eat than eat these same foods again.
