How Do You Guarantee the First Year of Rental Income?

As of right now, just the 10% property management fee is kind of where we're at. Our aspiration is to sort of build the Amazon of investment home ownership. Most of our customers have never seen the homes until they've bought them. The first year of rental income is guaranteed for all Dorvest properties.
