Josh hammer: I'm glad to see that somebody's got the stones to push back against big tech on this, because it's just become intolerable. i can't imagine the supreme court actually im upholding the law on this, the texas statute, but maybe they would. The bigger issue is that these companies are a kind of state adjacent or state derivative, or whatever you want to call them. And in some cases, they seem like way more savy and powerful than the people charged with making our laws.
