It's All About the People
It seems like the larger that an organization gets, it starts to become more about people at the end of day. The first person that said that to me was a cody sandford, c i o at t mobile. He recently retired, but he had said this thing. It's all about the people. I mean, people make the numbers. People make the product. People buy the product. You know, we're not out there doing commerce with raccoons, right? Like other animals. We are just humans, and we're doing business with each other,. And we're making tools that can help solve each other's oblems. Those two things are incredibly important.
