What's the Process of Collecting Genomic Data?
In terms of the actual sourcing of the data, how much of that process do you work to try and integrate with and automate into some of the challenges? I would say quite a bit. Although i'm pretty specialized in to main areas, which is clinical genomics and high content screening. You get data, it gets pushed out, ti it appears on a file system, and then you want to take that data and generally analyze it using some kind of h v c cluster.

Summary
Biology has been gaining a lot of attention in recent years, even before the pandemic. As an outgrowth of that popularity, a new field has grown up that pairs statistics and compuational analysis with scientific research, namely bioinformatics.
