Is Central Arkansas a Good Place to Develop Baseball Players?

I think of anyone whom i've ever put on the board before a draft, that this guy throws the least hard. If he can be made to throw harder, which might be a little bit more difficult for, you know, the side arme submarine type guys, then maybe he could be really good. But his numbers are ridiculous. And so i was kind of interested to see how this tyler cleveland guy is going to pan out. I am confident that they, based on their recent track record, will get something out of him.
