The Importance of Having a Trainer in a Team

I was problem solving, diagnosing and working out the best ways to approach these things as we go along. As you can imagine, I don't have an engineering degree. So it's literally a case of looking over the garden fence. They would see what was happening down at Williams. And they did have to giggle because they knew that I was something to do with, you know, she's an osteopath and she does human performance stuff. So yeah, I think we need one of those too.
