The Opposite Word for Confirmation

Cody: I'm still struggling with a, with a better word for this. So confirmation is in the ballpark because it's like, Oh, I agree that this is worth some energy and movement and momentum. And as soon as you see this, like receiving of that and then some energy and momentum, one of the best things that can happen on that zoom call is someone to go, Oh, yeah, I'm going to do that right after we hang up.
