Is There a Difference Between Dieting and Exercise?

I think that people have a lot of challenging aspects where they view their body in a certain way, and they feel defeated by it. And same thing with food, where we have kind of a frankenstein of diets that we're trying to piece altogether to get whatever result we're hoping for. So being able to identify what are kind of these preconceived dieting notions that i have that i'm fran consigning together will help me make the right decisions.
