The NHS Debate Is Now Coming Into View
I wouldn't want to see it as it is, because it'll just get worse or worse. It goes from one reform disaster to another without any loss of momentum and no tangible benefit. We have to look at the bit-serve reforms that were helpful in what departments,. etc. And I think we must end up with a clinically led directorate of the health service where doctors and nurses want to join and work in it. They should not have to pay for degrees, bring back the state enrolled nurse system - then you get people done. Then they get paid and they'll do it and they won't drop out in droves. What a brilliant guest aboard the rocket of right thinking
