Facebook's Democratization of Experimentation

Every engineer, product manager, data scientist was really empowered to set up, run and own the experiment. And part of that was just because Facebook tooling was made experimentation easy. I've seen like people make one line code changes and even put that behind an AV test. But what I thought was really cool was that Facebook was definitely biased towards measuring outcomes instead of just assuming those would come out. That was meant to experimentation.
