Bulgaria was a country where we couldn't go out of the borders of the country at all like in communism they didn't allow us to travel nothing western was possible. So for me somebody was giving me the opportunity I looked at it not from oh my dream is not there but as somebody's going to painting to travel around the world to take photos so I gave my hundred percent and it was hard because I had a Bulgarian passportI did have a Canadian visa do you know what a Bulgarian passport did at that times? The US didn't even allow me to go in for one business trip really because they said we're not going to give you even a visa because you're potentially in legal
