The Hair at the Collar, Like a King's Cape
Half his arms were gowned in green growth, crimped at the collar like a king's cape. The mane of his mount again, the hair on the back of the horse's head and neck was groomed to match. Groomed means combed and fashioned and tied in a certain way.
