Can Meditation and Sleep Increase Recovering Attics?

Researchers found that just doing a little bit of meditation every day, breath focus meditation, t increased sleep time to just over eight hours a day. Getting one more hour of sleep at night suddenly made it a lot easier for these recovering attics to resist temptation of falling off the wagon. The number of minutes per day that people meditated also predicted resistance to relapse.
