Is There a Risk of Contaminating Earth With Mars Microbes?

There is a risk of contaminating the martian environment with earth bacteria. The only places it could really survive on earth would be in very cold, dry places. It's not impossible for that to happen, but it's thought to be very, very, very unlikely.
