What Other Bits of Knowledge Do Teachers Need to Have?

Teacher knowledge is the big is the biggest thing that we need in our style. A lot of those teachers don't know um spelling generalizations and why different sounds represent different letters and how many phonemes and spoken English a lot of us do a little cohort at the start to so I can gauge where the schools at. There are a lot of things I pick up on it just a lack of teacher knowledge that is coming through without you know we're not being taught as university, he says.
