For people to cry in a space, tof your hosting means that they have a deep sense of emotional safety and security. A lot of it is around, you know, the language, the way that we've describe the kinds of events. But i also think it's people who've gone to our events, they walk away saying that they felt safe, in which case others do as well. You come from a a deep level of rience with with growth and operations. What are the things that you've kind of created in your community program and strategy to kind of measure and maintain?
