Do They Fit Our Culture?
Diversity is a cors thing. And and you want to, you have to purposely engineer it. Sometimes that person that's the most disruptive, the most difficult to get along with, takes the most time an meetings, is also the disrupter. So inclusion doesn't just mean including black, white, yo, female, all that. It also means including people who are different. When you look ate the sea sweets in america, it is still predominantly white. It's still predominantly male. There're a lot of talented people in the world. What it really takes is a commitment to diversity. You have to see diversity like you see prophets.
