Employers have incentives to locate their businesses away from concentrations of minority populations so that they won't be as vulnerable to discrimination charges. The Invincible Fallacy: At the heart of the prevailing social vision of our times is the seemingly invincible fallacy that group outcomes would tend to be equal, if there were no biased interventions on one hand and genetic deficiencies on the other.
