I've used the Pomodoro technique. There's a magic to it somehow where the intense focus for 25 minutes and then that permission to not fully disengage, but get up and move around. I know when I interviewed Cliff at the time he was doing 30 seconds or so of jumping jacks and then gets sitting back in. But yeah, there's a rhythm to that.
