i was having this experience of just feeling like the left, it is just a mass of failing of the left not to take more seriously the way in which progress as such is not necessarily allied with our like moral and ethical goals. And that the sort of powerful people who have articulated that ideology most vociferously are just so frequently our mies. I seen the atamslike nonanwel wealth and power and political egemany and influence; their ultimate vision of what they regard as tha common good. i think kit very astutely saw through all that early on. In terms of the argument of the true and only heaven, i think it might help ground the discussion a bit
