Doing Good Economy

In the US alone, we've got over a million nonprofit organizations and countless businesses that have a social purpose integrated in their work. There are 13 million people who are employed full-time working for a better world in government and business. I consider this an extraordinary achievement on the part of human society to have figured out how to pay people's bills while they're trying to make a better world. But it's also very clear that it's hard work. And figuring out how to do the work of social good is a challenge that we're facing in even more acute ways as we see crises of war, pandemic, climate change, racial reckoning around us.
