I Love the Labelling Schemes, but in Practice It Has a Lot of Complications

i like this labelling idea in theory. I think in practice it has a lot of complexities. Labelling schemes could certainly help with some of the more easily identifiable dark, often dark patterns that are deployed at a strategy level. But when is confirmed shaming just some light fun, and when does it actually go dark? That those differences become much more difficult.
