The Fall From Grace of Afful

French chef still loved cooking with afful and they were the fanciest kind of shefs in the 18 hundred, early 19 hundreds. So things like oxtail soup and pigs trotters and lambs kidneys were all still regularly on the menu in the homes of the british upper classes. And then affal wasn't rationed during the first world war, so it became even more widely eaten then. Here in the us, well, native americans ate the entire animal, odd bits. All early white colonists may have been a bit more squeamish based on their british heritage but they did reg y eat feet and kidneys and tongues.
