Marketing Is the First Step in Sales

In the beginning it was just family and friends which honestly I didn't have. So we were just honing in on going out to events and meeting people in person, trying to build those new relationships from people that didn't actually know us before real estate. And then eventually, now that we have that system, we have a very big presence on social media platforms and our website. We put a lot of work into that. Now the marketing kind of kicks in. My brother is doing that handles the marketing, but I can see like when we get these people that are signing up for our podcast notifications. That's where you get them nurturing sequence that comes into play.
