Inflation is much bigger than then people thought it was going to be. And as i've said before in your programme, i really question how transitory it's going to be - rates and rents tend to be pretty sticky. The real key on the economy is going to be how much stimulus is coming out of washington. That's unclear right now. If we get a ton, the economy 's probably going to be pretty strong next year. I'm not concerned about fed raising rates, as long as they stick to the guide.
