There are people whose job it is to be the the diagnostician. They're actually real world versions o doctor house a. They don't work like he does, where a patient comes in from the emergency room and they immediately diagnose bizarre diseases. What typically happens is patients will spend years trying to find out what's wrong with them. Doctor after doctor, specialist after specialist, will try and figure it out,. Finally they'll send the case to an expert diagnostician, who will then ignore all the previous evidences. And while they've ruled all these other things out, lets, lets drop out of bose and look for te weird things - that's when you run into problems
