In order for a product market fit to have the best odds, is that you want as many voices in the middle of the discovery pocess. It takes like three or four times for a rep to see something in discovery, go talk to a customer about it way too early,. only to find out that we iterated that concept 80 %. "The faster we can find out if someone's going to say no to the product that we're trying to engineer and build, like the better off we are," he says.
