The time effect of the Fed interest rate hikes is hard to figure out in every area, isn't it? Yeah. I think that when you think back to 2008, that's one of the big differences is that you remember all these people who had these arms. You know, they were paying like interest only arms and stuff in order to get into these houses. The United States were unique in the fact that we don't have that.
