The Approach to Transgender Healthcare?

We're going to focus specifically on this concept of what is biological sex. Is the term biological sex the most appropriate? And then of course, is it binary? And like we said, spoiler, it's not. But I like this approach of thinking of it as being bimodal. We'll start there and then we'll sort of backtrack.
