I do a little kind of like morning routine of like mobility and some pullups. Do you do that in every climbing session or every, even when he's not climbing? I do it like not when I'm climbing. So yeah, I do every morning regardless if I'm climbing or not climbing. And yeah, I really, I know it's a lot of benefit for the older climbers out there.
