How Do You See the Potential to Build in the West?

In the West, not much has been built in several decades. There are a plethora of ideas and different ways to use nuclear technology. Big states who can make big central decisions will keep going with big LMRs. I see SMRs continuing to draw talent into the industry that may then be poached by large modular reactors.
