There is value in actually starting to share your knowledge. A leader's job is generally to say, have you spoken to senso about this? And just keep saying that repeatedly - can you put together one page of why this is important? We used to do ten % time when i was in the content platform at the financial time. So one day a fortnight, you could go and spend a day doing whatever you liked which would help your team or the f t. The only things that we said were you need to tell us avance, what you're going to do,. You need to present back the day afterwards, just for five minutes.
